After leaving the apartment Kira walked around downtown until she spotted the coffe shop "Jack's" and walked inside. Looking around she spotted a open table and sat down. Sighing heavily she muttered to herself, "This seems like a pretty nice place, I might as well hang out here for a little bit."

The smell of coffee filled the air when Kira walked into the shop. There was a small display of fruits, muffins, bagels, and more near the ordering counter. The sound of coffee grinders blared and foamer gurgled ever once and awhile. It wasn't busy tonight, there were about four people in the little coffee shop. There was one person that caught the attention of any man or woman. IT was a very handsome young man with fiery red hair that was tied back in a black ribbon. Some of his bangs hung over a pair of emerald green eyes that were covered by a veil of black lashes. His pale marble skin made his hair look like raging fire. His clothing consisted of a black t-shirt with a pair of dull blue jeans. He sat at a table next to the small fire place in the back half of the shop reading a small green leather bound book. A worn out black leather jacket hung over the back of the chair he sat at. His elbow rested on his jacket as he read. A paper coffee cup sat on the table, steam rolled over it's liquid surface. The young man seemed to be sucked into the small green book he held in one hand.

Looking at all the other people Kira saw a young man by the fireplace with fiery red hair. After eying him curiously for a few moments, Kira walked over to the counter and ordered a small cup of steaming black coffee. She walked over to the young man and asked , "do you mind if I sit there," Indicating the other chair by the fire.

The young man was silent for a little bit then he looked up at Kira with his deep green eyes. He nodded his head and took a sip of his coffee. "You may do what you like." The man said in a velvety voice. When he spoke this man seemed...unreal.

Kira sat down in the chair in a bit of a daze, "Wow, this guy could be Drakes rival. I don't think I've ever heard avoice like that." she thought. She slowly sipped her coffee as she let the warmth of the fire enfold her. Glancing at the young man she deliberated with herself if she should strike up a conversation or not.

The young man was now looking at his book again sitting in the same position with one elbow resting on the back of his chair chair. Suddenly her placed a thin ribbon that was attached to the book between two of the pages and closed the book. He set it down on the table and took a sip of his coffee.

The young man looked at her threw the veil of thick lashes. Some strands of his red hair fell over his pale skin, hanging in front of his face. He picked up the book. "This?" He asked in his soft voice. "It's a book about latin text." He said placing it back on the table. He didn't remove his gaze from Kira until her took a sip of his coffee.

Kira's mind went cloudy when he looked at her, but she finally formed the question she wanted to say, "Really? What author?" she asked interested.

"It's author is unknown." He said smoothly. "It's a book of latin stories collected from all around Europe." He said this lightly stroking the books green leather binding. He gave her a small smile.

"There so so." He said softly. When Kira said the one's she's heard were decent he raised a brow. "Oh really?" He asked leaning on the table. "Not many people know of the latin stories...so how is it you know?" He asked with interest. His green eyes never left hers as he spoke with her.

Kira gave a small laugh and said, "I like to read, and I've been to Italy and places around there, so I figured I might as well immerse myself in the culture while I was there and one of the best ways for me to do that was to read Latin stories."

He squinted at her then a small smile spread on his face. He moved his chair so he was closer to her. "Your not what you appear are you?" He whispered into her ear. Warm breath blew on her soft skin. His breath had the smell of cinnamon and there was also a trace of something...sweet.

Kiras heart began to pound beneath her chest as he whispered into her ear. "Wow, this guy just keeps getting hotter," she thought. She smiled back at him and whispered, "I could say the same thing about you."
