Laurie eventually changes her into a vampire and they are finally able to be happy. But visits from A troublesome Werewolf and a vicious Hunter puts a halt in the festivities.
Laurie and Mikani overcome many obsticles together, but that doesn't mean their relationship can end tragically.

They take a long time to get to know each other, Drake making many mistakes that could have been fatal for their relationship, Kai being kidnapped or transformed by the evil being within her...Syn. Syn is then gone, but comes back full force to despose of Kai.

Tina muttered to herself angrily as she walked around the base , eventually she ended up in the kitchen. Tina wrenched open the freezer door and pulled out a large container of vanilla icecream and slammed it on the counter, pulling out a bowl and spoon she put a large portion of icecream in the bowl and retrieved some straberry sauce from the firdge and drowned the icecream in it. Puttign everything away she sat down in one on the chairs and began repeatedly stabbing the icecream with the spoon mutterign to herself angrily, "Maybe I should have taken up Dukes offer of killing me, then I wouldn't have to put up with all of this shit."

Tina glared up at Geo as he walked by and said, "Up yours." Continuing to Stab into her icecream she shoveled a small scoop into her mouth and glared at the table.

Drake walked by the kitchen the turned back around and walked in, "You seem upset, why?" he asked softly, his shimmering blue eyes tracing from the ice cream to her.

Tina's head snapped up at the unfamiliar voice and her eyes narrowed at him, "I don't think that's any of your concern." She took another bite of icecream and said, "Besides, Shouldn't you be in the infirmary?"

"Well fine then, don't tell me whats wrong," he replied crossing his arms, "And to tell you, i felt better and i decided to leave and go exploring, then Duke got all pissy at me because of my clothes so he gave me new clothes and i went off on my own, then i found you, eating ice cream...angrily?"

Tina looked at his clothing and gave a small laugh, "I thought I recognized Duke's bad taste in clothes," after a moment she said, "If you must know I have a very bad temper and when I at least tried to attempt to comfort Kai she pushed me away, and I don't really blame her,buton top of that Nathan began pissing me off so here I am."

Drake frowned when she spoke of Kai so angrily, "Don't be mad at her for pushing you away, she had every right, you don't know what happened to her, you'd be silent too if it happened to you." "And whats wrong with Nathan? I think he's a really nice guy."

Tina sighed irritatedly saying, "Like I said I don't blame her, I'm not very good when it comes to handling situations like that." After a moment she said, "Nathans ok, he's actually one of the very few people that i can have a decent coversation with, but he can soemtimes get on my nerves."

Tina took another bite of icecream and said, "It's rare to find a relationship as strong as yours, in fact I'm a little bit envious of Kai. She reminds me of how I used to be before I became a bitch."
