Laurie eventually changes her into a vampire and they are finally able to be happy. But visits from A troublesome Werewolf and a vicious Hunter puts a halt in the festivities.
Laurie and Mikani overcome many obsticles together, but that doesn't mean their relationship can end tragically.

Part I
The story that goes on and on. Drake and Kai, unlikely lovers, but destined lovers, meet in the most bizzare place...and alley...
They take a long time to get to know each other, Drake making many mistakes that could have been fatal for their relationship, Kai being kidnapped or transformed by the evil being within her...Syn. Syn is then gone, but comes back full force to despose of Kai.

Rah-juh brought Kai out into the swamp. He shoved a sword at her and grumbled, "Use this. It'll come in handy." The rain hit him, but he didn't give a damn. He could still summon.

Kai took the sword and looked it over. "Hm...I haven't used one of these in quiet a long time..." She mumbled to herself. She stepped away a few steps and pointed the sword out at a tree and slashed at the air in large triangle patterns. A small smile played on her face as she tested the sword. After a few spins and quick turns she determined the blade would do. She was now slightly wet from the rain that fell trough the trees. She stuck it int he ground just enough so it wouldn't fall over. "When is it you were expecting them?" she asked softly as she tucked some loose hair behind her ear.
"They're coming now." Rah-juh growled. "Drake's a water user, like his brother...this should prove to be interesting. And Mikani....is....." He paused, unable to believe what he was sensing. Two lives? No...it had to be a mistake. "Nothing. I'm imagining things."

Slowly Kai's hair started to cling to her pale skin almost becoming invisible against her skin. She tossed some of her hair to the side and looked over at Rah-jah.

Suddenly a loud roar of an engine could be heard not far away. When Kai heard this she smirked and grabbed the handle of her sword.
Duke and Asuka's bike screeched to a halt near the trees. Strands of wet black hair hung in front of his dull blue eyes. He put a foot on the ground and looked at the trees in front of him. "Hm..." He mumbled to himself.
Asuka's black hair was a mess and was sticking out in nearly every direction. She shivered in fear from duke's fast driving. "A-are we there?" She asked softly.

Geo's bike stopped not far behind Duke's. Drake ran up to Duke while Geo prepared his sword. "They are around here somewhere, its not hard to tell, lots of tension...," Drake said looking around.

Rah-juh shifted to his wolf form. The great black wolf slunk through the grass and mudd, and when he got close, he summoned a bolt of lighting to strike from above.

Duke nodded. "Thats what I noticed..." He said softly.
Asuka stumbled off the bed and fell to her knees onto her ground. She looked over at the trees and stared for a little bit. "Th-their in there?" She asked unsure if it looked safe to enter. Suddenly when the bolt of lighting came down Asuka gave a loud cry and covered her eyes.
Their in there... hissed the voice in her head. He means business...
Kai pulled the sword out of the ground and rested the blade on one shoulder. Why wont they come?

Rah-juh began to search through their minds, trying to find their plan....

Kai gracefully walked over the wet ground and came with in a few feet of the opening of the forest. She stood in the shadows and looked over the small group of people before. Suddenly when she came across the young red headed man something in side of her throbbed. When she saw him running toward her she jumped into the shadows not wanting to attack yet.
Duke growled and let the bike fall to the ground. He grabbed the handles of two of his guns and waited for some sign for him to attack.
Asuka shook with fear on the ground near Duke's feet. She covered her ears and closed her eyes. I don't like this...I don't like this at all! She screamed in her head.
As Rah-jah went through Duke's mind he got what he wanted but when he started to go into Asuka's mind something happened. The flash of a hard pale face with deep purple eyes shot out at him, but is disappeared just as fast as it came.
